originally in NYC and for the past 5 years here in Colorado. She has been part
of the team at The Dog and I since we opened over 2 years ago! She is a member
of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers. She keeps herself current by
attending various workshops, seminars and conferences. Her training techniques are
founded on praise-based methods, and a fundamental belief that, as their
guardians, we have an obligation to “be good leaders for our dogs.” Whether she is
teaching basic obedience, agility, puppy socialization, potty training, or
addressing a dog’s aggression issues, Ana stresses to all of her human clients the
profound importance that their leadership plays in their dog’s training. Ana
volunteers her time and services to various resue organizations in the area.
Ana lives in the Denver Metro Area with her husband, Travis the Paramedic/Fire
fighter, Rebeca her 1 year old genius baby dog trainer, Gracie her 8 year old
agility titling whippett/pitbull mix, Argos her 4 year old Blood doner German
sheperd mix and Meg her 2 year old black lab agility champion wanna be.
